Royal Canin Rottweiler Junior

Royal Canin has developed this complete food to satisfy the nutritional needs of up to 18 months Rottweiler puppy, taking into account their specific nutritional requirements and to play a role in the prevention of certain special sensitivities. It provides controlled amounts of calcium and energy for a harmonious development.

How to use
The feed is already ready to serve. For proper nutrition is important to respect the recommended daily ration and spread over 2 or 3 shots per day. Always leave fresh water available to the puppy.

Nutritional characteristics

OPTIMUM MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT
It helps to correct development of the joints and muscle mass with an optimal protein content, a high level of L-carnitine, condoritina, glucosamine, EPA and DHA.
GASTROINTESTINAL SAFETY
Promotes intestinal flora balanced thanks to its content of Prebiotics and psyllium. The content of proteins LIP guarantees optimum digestive tolerance.

It helps maintain the natural defenses of the puppy with its exclusive synergistic complex of antioxidants.
ERGONOMICS AND TEXTURE IDEALS
The croquette is specially adapted to the physiology of the Rottweiler. Its size encourages chewing and slows down the speed of ingestion helping to avoid digestive problems.

Nutritional tips
During the first weeks of life the puppy benefits from antibodies which passes the mother, but this protection is lost from the 4th to the 12th week. With a still immature immune system is exposed to the risk of infections, in particular, when still not has been vaccinated. Only a specially developed food can help you during this "empty immune", giving it greater security.

The puppies of large and giant breeds show a special bone growth up to 8-10 months of age. Bones need considerable amounts of protein and minerals, in addition to the exact level of calcium, which should not be either very little or too much. After this age, slows the growth of the skeleton and consolidates the bone structure to be proportionally a greater development ofthe muscles. At this stage the food should be less abundant, but with a concentration of higher energy than in the adult and a higher percentage of proteins.

Milk teeth, which appeared around the 3rd week, are replaced by the definitive teeth when it is approximately 7 months. Since that time, it is important to encourage chewing of food, not only to decrease the speed of the intake but also to promote good oral hygiene.

Rice, beef and dried bird, extract of plant proteins (LIP), maize, animal fat, dried pork protein, minerals, animal protein hydrolysed, oil plants (soya and copra), vegetable fibres, pulp beet, fish oil, integumentos and seeds of psyllium, fructo-oligosaccharides, Polyphosphate of sodium, L-lysine, hydrolysed yeast (source of mannan oligosaccharides), taurine, DL-methionine, hydrolysate of crustaceans (source of Glucosamine), extract of rosa India (source of lutein)L-carnitine, hydrolysed cartilage (source chondroitin).
