STORIES OF ANIMALS. Real experiencesRaúl Mérida has for many years struggling against neglect and abuse of animals. During this time has been collecting anecdotes, stories and experiences of the most diverse, translating them into paper in the form of short stories. These real experiences with love, humor, tenderness and, sometimes, hardness transmit his personal vision of animal neglect. In some accounts a dog or a donkey speak about their owners and the human species; in others the author describes the person lives who have decided to share their loneliness with friendly cats who have repented of abandoning his dog or unique ties of affection that is forged between the children and their pets. Educate children from an early age about the treatment that should give the animals is of great importance for the future attitudes, so pictures of children on the theme of animal neglect have been selected to illustrate the stories. The book aims to bring to the public very special stories that otherwise would be despercibidas or would appear us to fruit of the imagination. Raúl Mérida is President of the society for the protection of animals and plants from Alicante and director of various animals abandoned in the province of Alicante Hostels. It has dedicated itself to the direction of documentaries about the animal world and is a frequent contributor to various media (radio, television and press).
