Orijen fish food for adult dogs

Orijen line aims to get all the dogs a food of excellent quality, with ingredients integral of natural origin and with a composition that resembles that animal would consume in wild state. Unlike other feed for dogs, these do not contain grains of cereals, which do not form part of the natural diet of dogs.

The composition of this food is a 70% protein from fish, 30 per cent of marine plants and 0% of cereals. It is formulated with fish as a source of protein and potatoes as the exclusive source of carbohydrates. It can be very beneficial for dogs with food allergies and food intolerance. High in protein and low carbohydrate, ORIJEN 6 fish grain-free formula offers a protína of very high digestibility, pleasant taste, loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids coming from the ocean. These fatty acids help control inflammation in cases of allergy. Seaweed, rich in vitamin B, with 44 contains trace minerals, including zinc, manganese and selenium.

Ingredients come from the Pacific Ocean, rivers and large lakes of Canada, all nature caught and cooked at low temperatures (90 Â° C) to ensure that they maintain their value nutrition.

They include various species of salmon, herring, potatoes, white fish, potato, wild trout, cross-eyed, cod, oil sunflower, different species of dried natural algae and plants such as alfalfa, leek, extract of Rosemary, apples, raisins, glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate and sea salt (these three last of marine origin).

Also contains lots of beneficial health herbssuch as dandelion, chicory, Chamomile, peppermint, turmeric, seeds of fennel, calendula, etc, vitamins, probiotics microorganisms and inorganic minerals. It contains organic calcium, which is more easily absorbed by the digestive system.

They contain no proteins of plant origin, cheaper than animal origin but not part of the natural diet of dogs. The excess of carbohydrates leads to problems of overweight, diabetes, and digestive disorders.

The same food is suitable for adult size and any race dogs, by varying the amount depending on their weight and activity level.

These amounts are indicative mode. Every dog is different, so monitor your weight and adapting the amount of food to keep it on your ideal weight. Eat it two times a day and provide fresh water at all times.

In the case of pregnant females ration should increase by 10% in week 7 and 20 per cent from the 8th week. During lactation , increase the amount of feed 50% distributed in 3 to 4 times a day.
