Tropical forest Moss substrateThe substrate of Exo Terra Forest Moss is made with mossy rainforest capsule coming from tropical Asia. The organic material is ideal for increasing humidity in the terrarium. As a product is 100% natural it is not dangerous if it is ingested and is safe for frogs, salamanders and excavating animals. MOSS is extremely absorbent, so is recommended for environments humidifacantes, as the snake Cave or reptile Cave serpents for other repitles caves. It is also an ideal media for the posture and incubation of eggs. It gives a natural look to the terrarium and is an excellent setting for the plants, as well as provide nutrients to the soil. It does not contain dyes or other chemicals. It is ideal for amphibians and reptiles that require a very moist soil. Place a layer of thickness that you want on the bottom of the terrarium. Then remove the dirty parts every time that it takes and change the layer every 30 days or less, depending on the thickness of the layer, the size of the cage and the number of animals that inhabited. Very loose and light, the product is sold in boxes with 2 7 litre bags.
