Punktol treatment for the disease of the white dots.Effective treatment for the disease of the white dots and other parasitic diseases in ornamental fish. Suitable for use in fresh and salt water aquariums. Not used in the Aquarium's saltwater invertebrates. It contains no copper. It is effective for the treatment of:
The white dots is of pathologies which most often is to be found in the aquarium fish. Its symptoms include the presence of small white velvety appearance points that appear on the skin, gills and fins. These points are more difficult to appreciate in freshwater aquariums. Also other symptoms such as rapid breathing, friction with decorative elements, sticky fins, apathy, darker coloration, movement reduction, secondary bacterial infections. Dose: an external plug for each 35-40 litre or an internal plug for each 70-80 liters of water. Repeat treatment 3 and 5 days. The pattern to follow is as follows, trying on 1, 3 and 5, resting the second, fourth and sixth. Before repeating the dose of should change from 30 to 50 per cent of the water.
Use recommendations: increasing the 30ēc temperature improves the efficacy of treatment, provided hosted species tolerate these temperatures. Treatment combined with Ektol glass also contributes to the success of the treatment that it leads to a maximum release of the parasite. Before any treatment should remove coal filters and the interchange of synthetic resin and lamps rays fertilisers of CO2, the espumaderas, UV and ozone equipment should be shut down. The treatment is recommended in quarantine tanks. Punktol should not be used combined with other preparations. Duration of treatment: to treat Cryptocarion treatment should last 15 days. For Costia treatment of at least 7 days is needed. For Ichthyophthirius and other parasites are noticeable improvements after the first or second dose. If stains remain more prolonged treatment is needed. After the tratamientor water must be filtered through activated charcoal 24 hours to remove remnants of drug. This carbon must then discard. As a follow-up treatment you can manage Acclimol for a week to boost the immune system of the fish and improve healing of the wounds caused by parasites. Ingredients: 100 ml contain 70 mg of oxalate of green malachite, 0.35 mg of bright green and water purified up to 100 ml. Available in 100 ml containers, try 1000 litres.
